First 2 hours at Two-Wheeler Parking now start at ₹20
Two-Wheeler Parking at Thiruvananthapuram International Airport sits in the main airport parking zone serving both T1 and T2, with updated tariffs from 15 May 2025. It is marked separately from car parking, so follow the airport’s “Two Wheeler” boards once you enter the parking complex. This is short-stay parking, best for quick drop-offs, pick-ups, or same-day trips out of TRV.
Tariffs now start at ₹20 for the first 2 hours, according to the May 2025 revision posted by the airport. After that, the rate steps up in fixed slabs, so a 3–4 hour wait costs more than a quick 60–90 minute stop. If you tend to cut it close, budget an extra slab so you are not annoyed by a surprise higher fee at exit.
The lot sits outside security, before you enter either T1 (domestic) or T2 (international). From the bike stands to the T2 terminal doors, expect around a 4–7 minute walk depending on where you park in the row; T1 is usually a minute or two quicker. If you have luggage strapped to the bike, factor in an extra couple of minutes to unpack and lock up.
Payment runs through the main airport parking system, with tariffs prominently displayed at the entry gate and on boards near the pay counter. Keep at least ₹100 in cash as backup, even if card or UPI usually works, because systems at Indian airport lots occasionally go offline for 5–10 minutes. Hold on to the printed parking slip; losing it typically triggers the full-day charge.
For short domestic runs of under 8 hours, Two-Wheeler Parking often works out cheaper than a cab both ways, especially if you live within 10–12 km of TRV. One practical move: snap a photo of your parked bike and the nearest row marker so you can find it quickly on a late-night return.
