50–100 metres from T1, your car stays right by the terminal

VIP Parking at Tenerife Sur (TFS) runs as a valet-style service next to Terminal T1, so you hand over the keys and walk straight to departures within a minute or two. It’s aimed at short walks, not long shuttle rides. You’ll see it signed as VIP/valet close to the main terminal access, on the departures side of the building.

This is an official airport option tied to T1, so you park on airport grounds rather than in an off-site compound several kilometres away. Bookings usually run by calendar day, so a Friday–Sunday weekend trip counts as three days, not two nights. Prices sit above the standard long-stay, but you’re paying for drop-off right by the terminal doors instead of using the regular public car parks further from T1.

Because this is valet, staff take your car to a holding area after you hand it over at T1. On return, you call or confirm your landing time and they bring it back to the same drop-off zone in front of the terminal. All exchanges happen curbside at T1, which cuts out ticket machines, barrier arms, or hunting for a free space in the open-air lots near the terminal.

There’s almost no independent chatter about VIP Parking on FlyerTalk, Reddit, or the big review sites, so there’s no clear picture yet on damage checks, exact daily rates, or how quickly cars appear at peak times like Saturday afternoons. That lack of data means you’re working off official info only, unlike the main public car park where hundreds of reviews mention walking times from rows C and D to T1.

Practical tip: take date-stamped photos of all four sides of your car at the T1 drop-off lane before handing over the keys, then note the exact handover time in your phone.
