Right at the terminal curb, this is Yangon’s Valet Parking
Drop-off happens directly at the terminal curb outside T1, T2, or T3, so you hand over the keys within a minute of arriving at Yangon International Airport (RGN). This is true curbside valet, not a shuttle lot, which matters if you are cutting arrival close to departure time.
Cars stay in airport-controlled parking areas on-site at RGN rather than being moved off-airport, which cuts down on transfer time when you return. The valet stand sits beside the regular terminal drop-off lanes, so your driver can pull in, stop once, and be on the road again in under five minutes.
Pricing isn’t well published online for Valet Parking at Yangon, but reports from 2024 mention daily rates higher than the standard terminal car park by a noticeable margin. Figure you’re paying a premium mainly to skip finding a space in the multi-level structure beside the terminals and to avoid walking 5–10 minutes from the regular lots in the heat.
Service hours track flight schedules at all three terminals, with staff on duty from the early morning bank of regional departures through late-night arrivals that land close to midnight. That works for both first-wave flights to Bangkok or Singapore and the late runs back from those same hubs.
Valet Parking is post-roadside and pre-security, at the same curb line where taxis and private cars drop passengers for T1, T2, and T3 check-in. You hand over the car before stepping into the terminal doors, then walk less than 100 meters to most check-in counters.
Tip: Write down your return flight number and scheduled arrival time and give it to the valet staff when you drop off; that makes it easier to have the car pulled up to the curb shortly after your baggage claim belt starts moving.
