P Express

Kiss and fly

15 free minutes right by T1 and T2 at P Express

P Express sits directly in front of Marseille Provence’s terminals T1 and T2, set up strictly as a kiss-and-fly drop-off zone. You get 15 minutes of free access per entry, which suits quick goodbyes and unloading bags at the curb. Past that window, charges kick in fast, so this is not a place to leave the car while you walk someone to the check-in counters.

This car park sits landsider, before security, and works off automatic barriers that read your ticket on entry and exit. Signage for “P Express” appears as you follow airport access roads toward T1 and T2, so stay in the lanes marked for departures. The layout is single-level surface parking, with marked spaces that sit only a short walk from the terminal doors, usually under 3–4 minutes on foot.

P Express pricing is structured to push drivers to keep moving: the first 15 minutes are free, but from minute 16 the per-minute rate climbs quickly compared with longer-stay car parks like P1 or P7. If you expect to park more than 30–40 minutes, it’s usually cheaper to head for a standard short-stay car park and walk the extra distance, rather than rolling the dice here and paying higher drop-off rates.

There is no pre-booking for P Express; access works on a first-come, first-served basis via ticket at the entrance barrier. That means full rows at peak departure waves for morning flights around 06:00–09:00 and evening flights around 18:00–21:00. If you arrive during those banks and see a queue at the barrier, it can be faster to loop once and aim straight for a regular car park instead of idling in line.

Practical tip: time your arrival so your passenger is ready to walk straight into T1 or T2, and keep your stop under 10 minutes to leave a buffer before the free 15-minute limit runs out.
