$15 per day gets you parked right next to MEL’s terminals.

Terminal Parking at Melbourne Airport sits directly beside T1, T2, T3 and T4, so you walk straight into check-in in a couple of minutes. This is the short-stay option, priced at around $15 per day, and it’s built for quick trips, pickups, or runs to meet arriving flights.

Because it’s right next to the terminals, Terminal Parking cuts out the shuttle time you’d spend from the Long Term car parks. Flights from Qantas in T1, international in T2, Virgin in T3 and Jetstar in T4 are all an easy walk from this car park, so you can park once and still keep options open if plans shift between airlines.

Signage to Terminal Parking is clear from the main airport drive, with separate entries signed for T1–T3 and T4. You take a ticket or scan your booking at the boom gate, find a bay, and walk to your terminal in roughly 2–5 minutes depending on which section you use. Lifts connect the different levels, which helps if you’re hauling a checked bag and a 7kg carry-on.

Pricing sits at about $15 per day for short stays, so quick weekend trips or overnight work runs stay under control compared with kerbside pickup fines or rideshare surge. You pay at machines near the terminal walkways or on exit with a card, then drive straight back onto the Tullamarine Freeway.

Tip: aim for sections closest to your actual terminal (T1/T2/T3 versus T4) so you’re not dragging bags the length of the forecourt after landing at MEL late at night.
