Access comes through the Global Lounge Collection, and Amex’s own MDE page is clear: this deal applies only to departing domestic flights. If your boarding pass shows an international route to Panama City or Miami, this lounge won’t scan you in; you’ll be pushed toward spots like The Dream Box on the international side instead.

Stay length is capped: Amex notes a maximum stay of 4 hours, and staff do watch the check-in timestamp on your boarding pass.
