P3 Parking

Economy

P3 is the economy lot for longer trips out of HGH

P3 Parking sits in the economy tier at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport and usually undercuts the closer garages on daily rates. It serves all terminals (T1–T4), so you’re not tied to a specific airline or concourse. If you’re leaving the car for three days or more, this is the price point that starts to make sense compared with P1 and P2.

This is an outdoor surface lot, so your car is in the open rather than a covered structure. Layout is simple rows, which makes it easier to remember your section and walk back in the dark. Signage to P3 is posted on the airport access roads in both Chinese and English, with “P3 Economy” marked separately from short‑stay lanes.

P3 sits farther from the terminal fronts than the premium parking near T3 and T4, so build in extra time. Expect roughly a 10–15 minute walk to the T3 departures hall if you park in the central area of the lot. With checked bags or kids, budget closer to 20 minutes from locking the car to reaching your airline’s check‑in row.

Payment systems at P3 typically support QR codes, bank cards, and cash at exit booths, matching the rest of HGH’s parking. Rates are geared to full days rather than quick drop‑offs, and the hourly cost is noticeably lower than the terminal-adjacent options. Keep your entry ticket dry and separate; replacement processing at HGH can easily add 15–20 minutes.

Lighting columns run through the lot, but some rows are brighter than others after 21:00. If you land late into T2 or T4, aim for a spot near a main drive aisle to shorten the walk in low light. Take a quick photo of the nearest row marker sign before you head to departures; it saves a slow sweep through P3 when you return tired from a late flight.
