Two-minute walk from T2 makes P1 the go-to short stop

P1 Parking sits directly opposite the terminal area at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, with signed pedestrian access to T1–T4 in a few minutes on foot. It’s the airport’s short-stay option, best for drop-offs, pickups, and same‑day trips rather than long vacations. Look for the P1 signs as you approach the terminal access roads; lanes split off clearly for the car parks around 200–300 meters before the terminal frontage.

This is a surface and multi-level structure mix with marked short‑stay bays, so you’re close to departures doors for T2 and T3 in particular. Pay machines sit near the main pedestrian exits and at least one payment point is usually near the elevator lobby. Expect pricing to be by the hour with a daily cap that quickly makes long‑term stays less attractive than the more distant car parks. If you’re only staying under three or four hours, P1 generally works out cheaper than using an off‑site lot plus a shuttle.

P1 operates 24 hours a day, aligning with early‑morning China Eastern and late‑night international departures from T1–T4. Entry uses standard ticket barriers, and most drivers pay via machine or staffed booths before exiting. You’ll typically find QR code payment, bank cards, and cash all accepted, matching other parking around Hangzhou. Keep your ticket handy; losing it usually triggers a fixed‑fee replacement charge that’s higher than the normal hourly rate.

There’s no dedicated long‑term security screening here, but there are cameras and regular patrols similar to other on‑airport parking at HGH. Height limits apply at the covered sections of P1, so check signage if you’re driving an SUV with a roof box or a van‑style vehicle. Easiest move: drop passengers and bags at the T2 or T3 curb first, then loop back to P1 and walk over light.
