Tour reps usually meet arriving passengers in the public arrivals hall at SKP, just past customs in Terminal T, holding signs with the operator name and sometimes specific hotel names. Coaches tend to run on a fixed schedule tied to each charter flight, so if your plane lands at 14:05, expect departure roughly 30–45 minutes after bags start hitting belt 1 or 2.
