Daily rate is JMD 1,000, charged for every started 24‑hour period, so a 5‑hour stay costs the same as parking for 20 hours. Older guides still quote J$150 per hour with a J$600 cap, but current scales show JMD 250 per hour and JMD 1,000 per day, so plan your budget using the newer numbers. There is no separate garage; it is the main surface lot used for both short and longer stays.

This setup is built for quick runs: the Park Smart model specifically targets visits of 3 hours or less at JMD 250 per hour and discourages overnight parking. Parking info pages call out that there is effectively no discount for medium stays, because any visit beyond 3 hours in a 24‑hour window hits that JMD 1,000 ceiling. If you are thinking of leaving the car half a day, you are basically paying the full day rate.
