If you’re on a late-night bank of ANA departures, this is the top-tier lounge in the terminal.

The lounge keeps long hours, roughly matching ANA’s international schedule from early morning through the final T3 departures after 23:00, and it’s busiest in the evening waves to North America and Europe. Location is on the international side of T3, so you clear security and immigration first, then follow ANA signage rather than the common T3 food court signs. Leave yourself at least 10–15 minutes to walk back from the lounge to the furthest gates.

Food centers on Japanese staples plus some western options, with hot dishes rotated through the day and ANA’s curry regularly called out as the safest order. Expect decent rice bowls, noodles, and simple pasta more than anything “gourmet.” Soft drinks, beer dispensers, basic spirits, and wine are complimentary; premium labels are more limited than at some Middle East carriers’ lounges, but acceptable for a pre-boarding pour.

Seating stretches along windows facing the T3 apron, so you can watch widebodies for ANA, United, and other Star Alliance partners taxi in. Power outlets sit between most armchairs, and Wi‑Fi runs fast enough for streaming during non-peak hours. Shower rooms are available on a first-come basis; at evening peaks, waits of 20–30 minutes aren’t unusual, so put your name down as soon as you enter.

Staff call boarding for many ANA international flights by number, but gate changes still happen, especially after 21:00, so keep the Haneda departures board open. The walk from the lounge to some far T3 gates can hit 8–10 minutes at a normal pace. If you want a quick last snack, the self-serve counters usually start clearing food 20–30 minutes before official closing time tied to the last ANA departure.

Practical tip: if you care about a shower in the ANA Suite Lounge T3, check at the shower desk immediately after check-in, then settle into a seat only after you’ve locked in a slot.
