Gate-side in T2 international, the ANA Suite Lounge sits airside.

This is ANA’s top-tier lounge in Terminal 2’s international area, open to ANA Diamond, Platinum with upgrade coupons, and Star Alliance First Class passengers departing from T2. You clear security first, then follow signs to the international gates; the Suite Lounge entrance sits near the main ANA lounge zone before the satellite gates.

The lounge usually opens roughly 2–3 hours before the first ANA international departure out of T2 and runs until the last evening bank of flights. Seating runs along the windows facing the T2 international apron, so you actually see ANA widebodies push back rather than just staring at a wall. Power outlets sit at almost every armchair seat, and Wi‑Fi speeds typically hit double digits in Mbps.

Food is Japanese-heavy: you’ll see curry rice, onigiri, miso soup, and a made-to-order noodle station at peak times, especially around late-afternoon and late-evening departures. Western options stay basic with things like pasta, salad, and small sandwiches, more snack bar than full restaurant. Coffee comes from automated machines, while refrigerated cases carry soft drinks and small bottled waters.

Alcohol is self-serve with Japanese whisky, sake, shochu, and at least one sparkling wine laid out near the buffet. Beer dispensers are the typical Japanese automatic tilt-and-pour machines that produce a consistent head every time. During busier ANA departure waves, some bottles get rotated quickly, so if you spot a specific label you like, pour it before the next tray swap.

Showers sit in a separate corridor in the back section of the lounge, and there are only a limited number of rooms compared with evening passenger loads. At peak times tied to North America and Southeast Asia flights, you can wait 20–30 minutes for a shower slot. Staff call you by boarding pass when your room is ready, so keep it handy and don’t wander too far toward the windows.

One last tip: if your ANA or Star Alliance flight leaves from a remote stand or distant gate in T2’s international wing, leave the lounge at least 20 minutes before boarding time; walking to the far gates plus a bus transfer can easily burn 10–15 minutes on its own.
