Prices here are in USD and INR at T1 Flemingo Duty Free
Flemingo Duty Free sits airside in Terminal 1, just after security for international departures, so you hit it on the walk to the gates. Shelves lean heavily toward liquor and perfumes, with standard big brands rather than anything rare. Expect mainstream 1L spirits, cigarettes by the carton, and fragrance gift sets; stock is more “generic international” than “Goa-specific”. If you want local cashews or spices, you’re usually better off landside before check-in or in town.
Hours track the international bank: Flemingo generally opens ahead of the first outbound flights and runs until the last late-night departure from T1. That means you’ll usually find it open around midnight and in the early morning wave. Prices are duty free in name, but savings versus city shops in Goa or Mumbai aren’t dramatic; think a few hundred rupees off on some bottles, sometimes less on cosmetics.
Selection covers the basics: major whisky labels, vodka, rum, a few gins, plus cosmetics and chocolate multipacks. If you want a quick gift under ₹2,000, a box of branded chocolates or a mid-range perfume set is an easy grab. Tobacco is limited to standard global brands; roll-your-own or niche labels are rare. Payment in INR, major cards, and often USD/EUR works, but small card terminals can be flaky during peak departures.
Tip: if you’re chasing a specific bottle or fragrance, buy earlier on your trip; use Flemingo at Goa T1 as a backup for last-minute gifts before boarding.
