Post Office

T2

Open in T2, the Post Office handles last-minute errands fast

This Post Office sits in Terminal T2, handy if you forgot to mail forms, documents or postcards before flying. It runs on standard Polish postal services, so you can send letters, parcels and registered mail at normal Poczta Polska rates instead of airport-inflated prices. Staff handle international postage to the EU and beyond, useful if your bag is overweight and you’d rather ship a few kilos home than pay airline fees.

Figure on basic letter postage to other EU countries at regular Polish rates, with heavier parcels priced by weight at the counter. You can also pick up stamps in zloty denominations and send priority mail. If you’re dealing with paperwork for a visa, university, or contracts, this is the spot in T2 to get it physically in the mail before you clear security.

The branch sits landside in Terminal T2, so you need to stop here before security screening and baggage checks. That means it works for both departures and arrivals, and for friends or family seeing someone off. Just budget an extra 15–20 minutes in your airport timeline to fill in forms, pay, and still hit security on time.

Hours often track general terminal opening times in T2, but they skew toward daytime. Don’t count on late-night service after the last wave of flights. If you have a morning departure out of Gdańsk, plan to reach the airport at least 2 hours before your flight and clear your mailing at the Post Office first, then head straight to security.
