Gate-side caffeine fix in T2
Right in Terminal T2 after security, Coffee House Company is one of the few sit-down coffee spots before you reach the main international gates. It’s a standard European-style chain setup: counter service, small tables, and a pastry case you can scan in under 30 seconds between boarding calls.
Expect espresso drinks, drip coffee, and basic teas, with most drinks in the 1,500–2,500 AMD range depending on size and add-ons. If you’re used to Western Europe airport prices, this feels slightly cheaper; if you’re coming from central Yerevan cafés, it feels a bit higher.
Food is grab-and-go café fare: croissants, simple sandwiches, and a few cakes, usually pre-made and held in a refrigerated case. Figure roughly 1,800–3,000 AMD for a snack that will tide you over on a short flight from EVN to hubs like Vienna or Moscow, but don’t plan on a full meal here.
Hours tend to track the main international bank of departures out of Zvartnots, with opening in the early morning before 06:00 flights and staying open into the late-night departures window past 23:00. Still, if you land on an odd-timed charter or red-eye arrival, have a backup plan in case they close between waves.
Service runs on a pay-first, wait-for-your-name system, so build in 5–10 minutes from queue to cup during busy departure banks. Staff usually speaks at least basic English and Russian in addition to Armenian, which helps if you’re tweaking milk types or shot counts.
Tip: if your gate is at the far end of T2, order in a to-go cup and walk; there’s rarely enough power outlets at the tables here, so you’re better off charging near your gate while you drink.
