Gate-side pasta and pancakes at Kitchenette in DPS International
Right after immigration in the International departures area, Kitchenette sits on the main concourse before many of the luxury shops, so it’s one of the first full-service spots you see once you clear security. It runs pretty much all day to match outbound flights, with most reports putting it open from early morning through late-night departures heading to Sydney and Singapore.
Menu pricing hits typical Bali airport levels: expect around 120,000–180,000 IDR for mains like pasta or burgers, and 45,000–70,000 IDR for coffee or juices. That’s roughly double downtown Seminyak, but in line with other DPS International options within the same pier. Portions run medium, so one main per person is usually enough before a 6–8 hour flight.
Food skews Western café: you’ll see pancakes and eggs for 6:00–9:00 morning departures, then salads, burgers and pastas through the afternoon and the 23:00–01:00 rush to Australia. The pizza and pasta tend to draw the safest comments in reviews; local dishes are on the menu but you’ll get better nasi goreng at small warungs 10–15 minutes from the airport.
Service is table-based, which helps if you’re watching a boarding time like QR961 to Doha or GA412 to Jakarta. Staff usually take orders within 5 minutes and food lands 15–25 minutes after, so you’re fine with a 60–90 minute buffer before departure. There are power outlets along the wall seats, useful if your phone is sitting at 20% after a day in Canggu.
Alcohol is available, with cocktails typically around 130,000–160,000 IDR and Bintang running cheaper than mixed drinks. Figure two people with one drink each and mains will land near 500,000–600,000 IDR after tax and service, same ballpark as neighboring sit-down spots near gates 3–5.
Tip: If your gate is in the high teens, sit on the side of Kitchenette facing the main corridor so you can see the overhead screens and walk 7–10 minutes to boarding without stress.
