Holy Cow Steakhouse

300-gram ribeye and fries set the tone at Holy Cow Steakhouse

Holy Cow Steakhouse sits landside at Denpasar I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), before security for both International and Domestic terminals, so it works for early arrivals or people meeting flights. Figure 5–10 minutes to walk from the main departure drop-off area, depending on traffic at the terminal doors.

Steaks run in the 200–300 gram range, with most mains landing around IDR 120,000–220,000, making it mid-range pricing for Bali but cheaper than many airside options. Cuts typically include sirloin, ribeye, and tenderloin, with standard sides like fries, mashed potatoes, and vegetables included or addable for a small extra charge.

Service follows a casual chain model: order, choose doneness, pick sauce, then wait about 15–25 minutes for food. Allow at least 45 minutes total if you still need to head through security for an International departure; for Domestic, 30 minutes can work in off-peak hours, but build extra time around 06:00–09:00 and 18:00–21:00.

Portion sizes are generous by airport standards, with a typical plate covering most of a standard 25–30 cm dish. Sauces skew Western—think mushroom, black pepper, or barbecue—so if you want something lighter, pair a 200-gram steak with vegetables and skip the heavier cream sauces.

Beer and soft drinks are available, usually in 330 ml bottles or cans, and a basic mocktail list sits in the IDR 40,000–60,000 range. Figure roughly IDR 200,000–300,000 per person for a steak, side, and drink, less if you share add-ons.

Practical tip: if you have an International flight, finish up and head to security at least 90 minutes before departure; DPS queues can stretch past 30 minutes in peak Australian and regional bank waves.
