Mega Cabs runs a 24/7 radio-taxi service from Indira Gandhi International Airport, with staffed booths inside the arrivals halls of T3 and the domestic terminals T1 and T2. You walk up to the counter after baggage claim, give your destination, and they issue a printed slip with the cab number and the government-regulated rate per km. It’s a meter-based service, not a flat “whatever the driver says” deal.

At T3 International Arrivals, the Mega Cabs counter sits in the prepaid taxi and hotel desk zone just after customs, while at T1 and T2 you’ll find similar booths in the public arrivals area near Gates 1–3. Fares are usually in the same ballpark as other radio taxis for a 15–25 km run into central Delhi, and you pay in INR by cash or card at the booth or to the driver, depending on how the staff directs you on the slip.

Mega Cabs cars are standard sedans most of the time, good for up to 3 adults with 2–3 checked-size suitcases; anything bulkier or a group of 4 with full luggage may need two cabs for a 20–30 km city run. Drivers generally use the main access roads out of the airport to Ring Road, Gurugram, or Noida, and meter time starts from the airport, so heavier traffic around Dhaula Kuan or NH48 will push the final bill up.

Because the booths run 24 hours at T3, Mega Cabs is a solid fallback if your rideshare apps keep showing 18–25 minute pickups at odd hours or during fog disruptions in December–January. You avoid walking to outer pickup zones in the heat at 14:00 or in the cold at 03:00; you just exit customs, queue at the booth, and they radio a cab to the official taxi lane in front of the terminal in a few minutes.
