Gate-side meet-and-greet help in T2 before you hit security
At Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International’s Terminal T2, Pranaam runs a paid meet-and-assist service rather than a lounge or café. It sits in the international side of T2, post-security, and targets full-service help for passengers who don’t want to deal with paperwork, forms, or queues alone. Pricing tracks in the higher bracket ($$$), closer to a premium add-on than a quick splurge.
This is a concierge-style setup: staff meet you at a defined point in T2 and then stay with you through check-in, immigration, and security, or from gate to arrivals, depending on what you book. Since everything happens airside in Terminal 2, it’s only useful if your flight actually uses T2; domestic T1 passengers can’t tap this without a terminal change and fresh security check.
Expect the focus to be on process rather than perks. You’re paying for another person to manage forms, wheel your bags, and steer you toward the right counters at AMD, not for champagne or buffet access. There are no public ratings worth trusting yet (the internal rating here sits at -1), so treat this like an airport porter-plus-check-in helper, not a five-star promise.
If you book Pranaam on departure, plan to meet staff roughly 2–3 hours before an international flight, aligned with your airline’s check-in window. On arrival, they typically meet you at or just after your gate and stay until you clear customs. Booking usually needs to be done in advance through your airline or directly with the service; walk-up options in T2 are hit-or-miss.
Practical tip: Only pay for Pranaam if you know AMD’s Terminal T2 will be crowded at your flight time or you’re dealing with elders, kids, excess luggage, or complex visas; otherwise that $$$ can go toward a better hotel or upgrade instead.
