AJU has no Capital One Lounge in T1
Aracaju – Santa Maria Airport (AJU) Terminal T1 lists standard airline and pay-per-use facilities, but there is no Capital One Lounge here despite some outdated third-party lounge maps suggesting otherwise.
Capital One’s own lounge map in 2026 shows only locations at major hubs like DFW and IAD, and AJU is not on that list, so you can’t use a Capital One-branded space in Terminal T1 today.
Access rules tied to Capital One cards still work worldwide for Priority Pass and similar partners, but at AJU you’ll be using those benefits in other contracted lounges or restaurants, not in anything carrying the Capital One Lounge name.
Terminal T1 at Aracaju is small enough that walking from one end to the other takes under roughly 10 minutes, so a dedicated Capital One Lounge would be noticeable if it actually existed here.
Capital One’s current public roadmap highlights future openings in large international airports, and no future site list includes Aracaju (AJU), so expectations for a branded lounge appearing in T1 soon should stay low.
If you see a "Capital One Lounge" mentioned for AJU on a third-party app, cross-check the date and then verify on capitalone.com, because older lounge databases often keep phantom listings long after plans are shelved.
For now, plan to eat and sit in the public areas of Terminal T1 and treat any Capital One card perks as payment tools rather than lounge keys at this airport.
Tip: Before flying into or out of AJU, spend 60 seconds on the official Capital One lounge locator to confirm current locations so you don’t build your schedule around a lounge that isn’t in Terminal T1.
