Gate-side meds at Terminal E so you skip the detour

Victoria Pharmacy sits in Terminal E’s airside shopping strip, so you stay inside security and close to long-haul gates. It’s a standard Swiss airport pharmacy: prescription counter, over-the-counter meds, and a health & beauty wall in a compact footprint. If you land into E on an intercontinental flight and feel a headache coming on, this is the realistic stop between passport check and your next gate.

Think practical: painkillers, cold remedies, motion-sickness tablets, jet lag aids, eye drops, and basic first-aid supplies all sit behind or near the main counter. Prices run higher than downtown Zürich, but still in line with other ZRH airside shops; expect a small box of paracetamol to be around CHF 7–10. You’ll also see travel-sized toiletries, dental kits, and skincare from a few Swiss and European brands targeted at carry-on use.

Hours track the intercontinental bank in Terminal E, typically opening in the early morning before the 06:00–07:00 departures and staying open into the late-evening wave of US and Asia flights. If you’re connecting from A or B/D, factor in the Skymetro ride to E (about 5 minutes platform to platform) before banking on a last-minute pharmacy run here.

Staff work in German and English, and can usually help with basic questions on interactions and dosage, though this is still a quick counter setup rather than a full clinic. Don’t show up expecting vaccinations or lab services; think “airport top-up” rather than full medical consult.

Tip: If you need something specific for a child or a particular dosage, head here as soon as you arrive in E instead of waiting until boarding is called at your gate.
