Marked accessible bays sit directly next to the SUB terminals
Accessible Parking at Juanda International Airport (SUB) sits right beside Terminals 1 and 2, so you’re only a short roll or walk from the doors. Spaces are marked with the standard wheelchair symbol and sit closest to the main terminal entrances, cutting down transfer time for passengers with limited mobility.
The accessible section uses the same open-air surface lots as general parking at SUB, but the dedicated bays are grouped near curbside drop-off. That means less weaving between cars and a shorter push for anyone using a wheelchair or walker. Signage in the lots is basic but present; look for blue disability symbols on posts near the front rows.
Standard airport parking rates apply here, with hourly and daily pricing shared with the general car park beside each terminal. Payment usually runs through the main parking booths near the exit gates, so keep your ticket handy from the moment you enter. If you expect to stay more than 24 hours, budget for full-day charges instead of short hourly stops.
Access from Accessible Parking into Terminals 1 and 2 runs over paved surfaces with ramps at the curb. Drop-off zones in front of both terminals also include marked accessible points, useful if someone else is driving and you just need a quick curbside handoff. Elevators inside the terminal connect the entry level to check-in, security, and departure gates.
Practical tip: Aim for arrival at least 30 minutes earlier than usual to find an accessible bay close to the doors, especially during morning bank departures between 06:00 and 09:00.
