Accessories Shop

T2

Right after T2 security, this Accessories Shop fills the basics

This small Accessories Shop sits airside in Terminal T2, a short walk from the central security exit, and works as a last-minute stop for small add-ons rather than full outfits. Stock shifts, but think belts, scarves, costume jewelry, sunglasses, and simple gifts that fit into a cabin bag. It’s the kind of place you scan in 5–10 minutes between passport control and the gates.

You’ll pay typical airport markups here in T2, so assume higher prices than downtown Sofia for similar items. On the upside, everything is ready to go: tags off, quick packaging, and most pieces small enough for a personal item pocket. If you forgot a basic accessory for a meeting or need a small present before a 2–3 hour flight within Europe, this beats digging through your suitcase at the gate.

Payment is straightforward at this T2 shop: cards dominate, and staff usually default to contactless on amounts under about 50 BGN. Cash in Bulgarian leva typically works, but don’t count on every cashier loving notes larger than 50 BGN. Keep your boarding pass handy; some promotions at SOF are tied to specific airlines or flights out of Terminal 2, and they sometimes ask to scan it at checkout.

Expect a quick in-and-out stop inside T2, not a long browse. If you’re tight on time, walk straight from security toward the main T2 gate area and only step in if you can still reach your gate at least 20 minutes before boarding starts on your flight.
