Green Line

2 ★ 5

Terminal 2 flyers run into Green Line right past security.

Green Line sits airside in Terminal 2 at SJD, a short walk from most international gates, so it works for tight connections and early arrivals. It carries a solid 5-star rating on local review sites, rare for an airport spot that mainly serves resort-bound traffic. Expect a compact space with counter service and grab-and-go coolers rather than a long sit-down meal.

Hours vary with flight banks, but Green Line generally opens ahead of the first morning departures out of Terminal 2 and stays open into the evening rush. That covers most US and Canada flights heading home. Prices run higher than town, but typical for Los Cabos airport: think roughly MXN 120–180 for lighter bites and more if you start stacking extras and drinks.

The menu leans into quick, lighter options versus heavy fried food. You’ll find pre-made sandwiches, wraps, and salads that hold up reasonably well on a two- to three-hour flight, plus bottled water and soft drinks sized for carry-on rules. If you’re aiming to avoid a greasy meal before a 4–5 hour leg to the US or Canada, this is one of the saner choices in Terminal 2 compared with burger and bar chains.

Service is counter-order with food ready in just a few minutes, which helps if boarding starts 30–40 minutes after you clear passport control. Staff usually handle both cash and cards, including major US credit cards, so you don’t need leftover pesos on hand. Seating is limited; plan on taking your food back to your gate if your flight boards from the mid-20s or higher.

Tip: lines build fast before morning departures to LAX, DFW, and PHX, so hit Green Line right after security instead of waiting until your gate calls boarding.
