It’s a short‑term car park, so costs stack fast if you leave a car for days, but for a pickup, drop‑off, or a same‑day trip it stays reasonable by Changi standards.

Cars pay per 15‑minute block with no real daily ceiling, unlike motorcycles, which have a S$1.40 daily rate from 07:00–06:59. The car park is fully under cover, directly attached to Terminal 3, and the walk into the departures level is about 3 minutes via lifts or escalators. If you’re flying Singapore Airlines out of T3 and planning a pre‑ or post‑flight Jewel run, this is the default choice.

Payment is CashCard or Autopass only at the automated exits, and that trips up visitors and returning long‑haulers. Multiple NETS top‑up machines sit on B1 and B2, especially near the exits, terminal entrances, and airline offices, so you can add value before you pull up to the gantry. If your card fails at the barrier, the only out is the intercom or walking back to a top‑up machine or a Cheers store inside T3.

Regulars who know the pricing difference deliberately park in T3 3A/3B, then walk through the T3–Jewel connectors to avoid the T1/Jewel premium car park while staying indoors the whole way. Commuters who land late and just want to drive off hit the B2 top‑up machines beside the car park booth on arrival, loading their CashCard so departure is literally gate, lift, car, exit.

Tip: Top up your CashCard or Autopass at B2 before you park longer than an hour, so you’re not hunting for a NETS machine with jet lag at 23:30.
