DC fast charge only lives at T2 Car Park 2A

T2 Car Park 2A is the only terminal car park at Changi with listed DC fast charging, with two 120kW Charge+ bays marked as spaces 98 and 99. These sit alongside four slower 7.4kW AC Charge+ points in spaces 96, 97, 144 and 145, so you need to check bay numbers as you pull in if you actually want a quick top‑up before a flight.

At T1/Jewel, the Electric Vehicle Lots sit on Level B3 of the Jewel car park, Lobby C, covering spaces 207–212 and running on SP Mobility’s 22kW Type 2 AC hardware. These AC units suit long dwell times, so they make more sense if you plan to leave the car parked for several hours while you’re in Terminal 1 or the Jewel complex.

All EV bays count as standard paid parking at Singapore Changi Airport, so you pay normal car park rates for T1/Jewel or T2 plus a separate bill from Charge+ or SP Mobility. Charging itself runs through the operator’s app or payment system at the individual bay, so make sure your roaming or local data works before you drive into Car Park 2A or down to Level B3 Lobby C.

The layout is fussy: chargers sit on specific levels and number ranges, so if you miss the right ramp or lobby you can end up looping a full circuit of the garage. For T1/Jewel’s 22kW units, follow signs to Lobby C, then down to Level B3 and watch for spaces 207–212; for T2 fast charging, follow Car Park 2A signage and track the 90s‑series bays until you see 98 and 99.

Regulars who need a quick hit go straight to T2 Car Park 2A for the 120kW Charge+ stalls and only use the slower 22kW Jewel B3 Lobby C bays when they plan a long stop. If you drive an EV, decide upfront whether you want a fast charge or a slow soak, then pick your terminal entrance and car park based on that, instead of trying to swap once you are inside the ramps.
