Jewel Parking

Mixed-use

First 90 minutes at Jewel can jump to S$5 per half-hour

Jewel Parking sits directly under Jewel and Terminal 1, with a marked split between short-term levels B2M/B2 and general parking on B3–B5. The walk into Jewel’s atrium is about 3 minutes from the lifts, so this is the closest option if your plans revolve around the mall rather than a flight in T2, T3, or T4.

Short-term parking on B2M and B2 runs S$0.65 per 15-minute block for the first 90 minutes, then spikes to S$5 per 30 minutes or part thereof. That means a 3-hour coffee-and-shopping stop can easily pass S$20, which is noticeably higher than standard Changi terminal parking for the same time.

General parking on B3–B5 charges a flat S$0.65 per 15 minutes with no post-90-minute surcharge, matching the usual rate across the main SIN car parks. Elevators from B3–B5 drop you into Jewel just like the short-term levels, so the trade-off is purely about pricing, not walking time.

The automated gantries still give you a 10-minute grace period for quick pick-up and drop-off, just like the other Changi car parks. Regulars literally watch the in-car clock, roll into B2M, meet their passenger near T1/Jewel arrivals, and roll back out before that 10-minute mark to avoid any charge at all.

Locals planning a longer Jewel visit routinely ignore the “short-term” signs and head straight to B3–B5 to dodge the S$5 per 30-minute kicker after 90 minutes. Follow them: for a 4-hour dinner and shopping run, B3–B5 can save you more than S$10 versus staying on B2M/B2.

One tip: if you only need to meet someone off a T1 flight and grab a quick drink, aim to leave the car park within 60–75 minutes; beyond 90 minutes on B2M/B2, move the car down to B3–B5 or the meter starts to sting.
