Terminal 1 Car Park

Short-term

Three-minute walk from T1 check-in, directly under the terminal

Terminal 1 Car Park sits below Terminal 1 and Jewel, with a signed 3‑minute walk up to T1 departures. It’s a short‑term setup, not a long‑stay bargain, and you use the same entry system and operator (Wilson Parking) as Jewel, so T1/Jewel signs both get you to the same underground structure.

Rates run at S$0.65 per 15 minutes for cars, billed continuously, with no daily maximum. Leave the car for 24 hours and you’ll likely pay more than some Singapore city car parks, so this suits quick terminal runs or a short Jewel visit rather than multi‑day trips.

You get a 10‑minute grace period from entry for pure pick‑up or drop‑off. The moment you cross 10 minutes, the system starts charging in 15‑minute blocks, and there’s no extra free buffer, so a 14‑minute stop already costs S$0.65.

Payment is fully automated via your in‑vehicle unit using CashCard or Autopass at the exit barrier. If the card is low, you have to top up at NETS‑only machines in the car park before you leave; those machines sit between levels B2M and B5 near the lift lobbies, and queues build fast right after big T1/Jetstar/Swiss arrivals.

Regular Changi drivers keep a dedicated CashCard in the IU and top it up in advance at those B2M–B5 machines so they don’t have to reverse out of the exit lane when the barrier won’t lift. Locals heading to Jewel for dinner usually aim to be out of the car park within that 10‑minute window and then park cheaper somewhere else in the East for longer hangs.

Tip: If you’re parking for more than about 3–4 hours at T1, run the math on S$0.65 per 15 minutes before you enter; past that point, a taxi or ride‑hail both ways can be cheaper than leaving your car under the terminal.
