Gate-side in SAW Terminal T, Seyyah sits on the main concourse
Seyyah in Terminal T is a small landside-style snack and travel shop planted right on the main passenger concourse, so you pass it on the walk toward most gates. Think last-minute grab: bottled water, soft drinks, packaged snacks, and a basic rack of souvenirs with “Istanbul” printed on just about everything. Prices run higher than city supermarkets, but in line with other SAW concessions, with drinks typically around 25–40 TRY and simple snacks just above that.
The shop usually opens early morning alongside the first departures, around 05:00, and stays open until late evening banks of flights wind down after 22:00. Shelves carry standard airport basics: crisps, chocolate bars, gum, plus a few Turkish sweets like lokum boxes that fit easily in a cabin bag. You’ll also find simple travel items such as neck pillows and power adapters, which can be useful if you rushed through security and forgot something essential.
Don’t expect sit-down space or fresh food; this is stand-up, pay, and go. If you want a real meal at SAW, you’re better off hitting one of the food counters in Terminal T before heading to your gate. Use Seyyah for a quick bottle of water, a chocolate bar, or a last souvenir grab on the walk out to your flight, and factor in an extra five minutes in case there’s a short line at peak departures.
