Gate-area gift run in T

New Bazaar sits airside in Terminal T at Sabiha Gökçen, an easy stop once you clear security and passport control. It’s one of the standard souvenir and snack shops scattered through the concourse, so you’ll see it along the main passenger flow rather than down a remote pier. Figure 5–10 minutes’ walk from most central T gates, depending on your stride and crowding.

Pricing runs higher than city shops, as usual: expect Turkish delight boxes around 150–300 TRY, keychains and magnets in the 80–150 TRY range, and basic travel accessories (chargers, neck pillows) starting near 250 TRY. Payment works with major cards plus contactless, which helps if you’ve already spent your last lira in town.

Stock skews to quick gifts and last‑minute needs. You’ll find pre-packed sweets like lokum and baklava tins, small bags of nuts, logo mugs, Istanbul T‑shirts, fridge magnets, and simple electronics such as USB-C cables and power adapters. Drinks and basic packaged snacks share shelf space with the souvenirs, but don’t expect a full grocery run or fresh food counter.

No standout “only here” item surfaced in reviews, so treat New Bazaar as a functional stop, not a destination. Use the price tags as a sanity check: if you saw the same item on Istiklal Caddesi for half, that’s about the markup. Quick tip: if you have under 15 minutes before boarding at a nearby T gate, you can still duck in for candy or a magnet, but leave bigger browsing for a longer layover.
