Access is straightforward: you need to be a premium passenger on an Alliance Airlines service from T2, with no evidence of paid day passes, credit card access, or Priority Pass-style schemes. If you’re flying Qantas, Virgin, or international from T1, this lounge is irrelevant to you; it’s tied tightly to Alliance’s own check-in and departure footprint in T2.

Given the small Alliance schedule at Perth compared to the big domestic carriers, crowding is probably tied to peak FIFO departures in the early hours, roughly 05:00–08:00. Outside those banks, 24/7 opening suggests it may be very quiet, with more of a crew and charter-client vibe than a busy frequent-flyer hub packed before every 737 push.
