T3E Priority Pass entry gets you into the BGS Premier Lounge near Gate E20.
This lounge sits airside in Terminal 3E, just past security for international departures, a few minutes’ walk from gates E19–E21. It’s one of the main Priority Pass options in T3, so it fills up fast in the evening bank of flights to Europe and North America.
The BGS Premier Lounge usually opens early morning and runs until the last scheduled departure from T3E, giving coverage for the 06:00–01:00 traffic wave. Check your Priority Pass app for the exact closing time on your date, since hours sometimes shift around Golden Week and Chinese New Year.
Entry is straightforward with a digital Priority Pass card, and staff at the desk near Gate E20 also accept some bank lounge cards issued in mainland China. Guest access depends on your specific Priority Pass plan, but most credit-card plans allow at least one guest without extra payment.
Food runs to Chinese hot dishes plus a few Western basics, typically including fried rice, noodles, soup, and small sandwiches at peak mealtimes. Expect self-serve soda, tea, and a basic coffee machine; draft beer is hit-or-miss, so assume only canned Tsingtao or Yanjing in the fridge. If you’re picky about coffee, grab a latte from a chain downstairs by E18 before heading up.
Seating is mostly standard lounge armchairs in rows, with a limited number of seats by the windows overlooking the T3E apron and taxiway. Power outlets are not at every seat, so look for the clusters of four-socket strips near the pillars between the second and third seating zones. Wi‑Fi uses the airport network; you’ll need a SMS code or a passport scan from one of the terminals near security.
Showers are available but not plentiful; on busy nights before the 23:00–01:00 departures, wait times can hit 20–30 minutes. Ask about a shower slot as soon as you check in, then sit near the reception side so you can hear them call your name.
Tip: if your flight departs from an F gate in T3E, leave the BGS Premier Lounge about 20 minutes before boarding, as the walk to the far F pier from E20 can easily run 10–12 minutes with crowds.
