Go through the garage and out the far side: that open area is where the coaches and minibuses wait.

The area handles multiple routes like Brașov, Sinaia, and other regional destinations, often with several different companies using similar‑looking minibuses. Departures typically stage either directly behind the parking garage or slightly to the right as you exit the terminal, which is why people describe it as “chaotic.” Build at least a 15–20 minute buffer before your stated departure time to find the exact bus.

Regulars usually book their seat in advance on Romanian coach sites, then follow the supermarket–garage route step by step to avoid wandering. They show the driver a printed ticket or PDF on their phone and confirm the destination by name (for example, “Brașov Autogara 2”) before loading bags. Cash fares are still common, so having small bills in RON helps.
