Expect mid-range pricing for the airport: most mains land in the US$12–20 range, with lighter bites a few dollars cheaper.

You’ll find Patria after security in the main departures area of Terminal 1, a short walk from the central duty-free shop and roughly 5–7 minutes from the farther international gates. Because it’s on the airside, it works for both regional and long-haul departures. Table turnover is slower during the evening rush around 18:00–21:00 when Montevideo–Europe flights leave, so build in at least 45 minutes if you want a full meal then.

Menu focus is Uruguayan comfort food: think beef and chicken milanesa, simple grilled meats, and pasta dishes with tomato or cream sauces. Portions skew large, so a single main can be enough for two light eaters. Coffee, soft drinks, and basic local wines and beers round things out, with drinks mostly in the US$4–8 range. If you’re watching spend, skip the full three-course approach and share a plate plus a side salad.

Service runs on South American airport time: not slow, but not built for a 20-minute turn.
