If you want a more relaxed drink, aim for mid-morning (around 10:00–11:00) or early afternoon (14:00–16:00), when the terminal is usually quieter.

There’s no standout signature dish or cocktail reported, so treat Brava as a functional stop: coffee to wake up before a 09:00 departure, a cold beer before heading through security, or a quick sandwich while waiting on an airport transfer. If your flight leaves after 19:00, don’t count on it being open. One practical move: check in first, confirm your gate and security wait on the screens near the T1 counters, then decide if you have 25–30 spare minutes to sit down here before you head airside.
