Prices sit in the low tier for the airport, roughly the “$” range where a basic combo costs less than many coffee-and-pastry sets elsewhere in T1. Expect counter service, plastic trays, and food on your table in under 10 minutes when it’s not peak departure time.
Drinks skew standard: bottled soft drinks, water, and basic coffee rather than third-wave espresso. Portions lean medium; a single hot dog or burger may not be enough if you’re facing a 10-hour long-haul from MVD, so plan on adding fries or a second item. La Pasiva doesn’t do table reservations, and seating is open to anyone walking past in the post-security concourse of Terminal T1.
If you want something recognizably local, go for a chivito or a frankfurter instead of the plain cheeseburger. For quick calories before a 14:00–17:00 wave of departures, this spot usually moves faster than sit-down restaurants closer to the main duty-free zone in T1. Tip: eat first, then shop. At MVD, lines at duty free near T1 gates B and C often slow you down; grabbing a combo at La Pasiva right after security around 2 hours before departure keeps you clear of the last-minute 30-minute boarding scramble.
