Quality tracks more with a decent T1 café than a full restaurant, so eat a proper meal landside if you have more than 90 minutes before departure. Seating mixes standard armchairs and small tables, fine for an hour of laptop time or a quick email clean-up. Power outlets are not at every single seat, so walk a full loop first and claim a spot near a socket if you need to charge a phone from 20% to 100% before a two-hour hop. Wi‑Fi is included and generally faster than the free terminal network during off-peak times.

Figure the lounge pays off if you have at least 60–90 minutes between clearing security and boarding. One practical move: hit the washrooms in the lounge about 10 minutes before you leave so you can head straight to your T1 Schengen gate and board when your group is called.
