T2’s Oxford sits just past international security at Melbourne

Just after you clear security in Terminal T2, Oxford appears on the main shopping strip with its clean racks of menswear and accessories. It’s a straight shot from the central duty‑free area, so you can swing through without adding more than five minutes to your walk to most international gates.

Oxford here carries the same smart-casual shirts, blazers and chinos you see in their city stores, skewing work-trip friendly. Expect button‑downs and knit polos in the AUD $70–$130 range, with jackets and blazers running closer to AUD $200–$350. Sizing generally runs from XS to XXL, and staff will quickly pin hems if you’re trying trousers against the clock.

The shop also stocks belts, dress shoes, ties and small leather goods, which helps if your checked bag is somewhere between MEL and Singapore. Ties sit around AUD $60, with leather belts roughly in the AUD $80–$120 bracket. It’s all post‑security in T2, so you don’t need to factor in extra screening time after a last‑minute buy.

Service runs in line with the main international bank of shops, usually from early morning departures around 6:00 through to late‑evening long‑hauls after 22:00. If you’re tight on time for a T2 gate near the lower 10s, set yourself a 15‑minute cutoff: five to browse, five to try on, five to pay and walk straight to boarding.
