Gate A area keeps Moselier handy for quick last-minute buys

Right in Terminal A, Moselier sits on the main concourse and works as a general travel shop more than a pure souvenir stand. It’s post-security, so you can pop in after you clear checks and before you commit to your gate area. Think magazines, basic electronics, and some regional products at typical airport pricing, not downtown bargains.

Opening hours usually track the first and last departures out of Terminal A, so it’s often running from early morning into the evening, but don’t bank on a midnight stop. You’ll find snacks and drinks that fit in your personal item without drama, plus small bottles that stay under the 100 ml liquids rule. Prices sit in standard Euro airport territory, meaning cold drinks and packaged sweets are a couple of euros higher than outside.

For gifts, look for Luxembourg-branded items on a dedicated shelf rather than wandering the whole store. Moselier leans into packaged treats and small accessories that are easy to pack, instead of big-duty electronics or luxury labels. If you need a charging cable or basic adapter before a Schengen or non-Schengen hop, you’ll usually find at least one workable option, though it won’t be the cheapest in LUX.

Final tip: check your gate on the screens right outside Terminal A before you step in, then shop with a hard cutoff of 15–20 minutes before boarding time. That buffer keeps you from getting stuck in a slow line at the single staffed checkout during a bank of departures.
