Reeflections

Gate-side in KOA’s open-air Main Terminal, Reeflections sells souvenirs fast

You’ll spot Reeflections in the Main Terminal after security, near the central cluster of gates used by Hawaiian and United. It’s a small walk-up shop with the usual airport flow: in and out in under 5 minutes if you know what you want.

Hours typically track flight banks, roughly 8:00 to 17:00, sometimes a bit later when there’s an evening departure. If you’re on an early Hawaiian Airlines flight before 8 a.m., don’t count on it being open for a last-second gift grab.

Reeflections focuses on Hawaii-themed souvenirs and basics: T‑shirts and caps often sit in the $25–$40 range, small keychains and magnets around $5–$10, and mid-size items like mugs or tumblers land closer to $15–$25. Prices run higher than Target in Kailua-Kona but in line with other KOA shops.

You’ll find standard resort-wear prints, logo gear with “Kona” or “Hawaii,” and beachy trinkets that fit easily in a personal item. If you need something kid-friendly, check the lower racks for plush sea turtles and dolphins, usually tagged around $15–$20.

Stock leans touristy, not high-end: expect mass-produced shell necklaces instead of real-jewelry pricing, and printed towels rather than premium brands. For snacks or drinks, you’ll want to hit another stand in the Main Terminal, since Reeflections is mainly about gifts and apparel.

Practical tip: if you’re boarding from a remote gate at KOA, stop at Reeflections as soon as you clear security; once you walk toward your specific gate cluster, there’s very little shopping beyond basic carts.
