Summer Breeze

T1

Gate area near T1 departures is where you’ll find Summer Breeze

This small shop sits airside in Terminal T1 after security, so you can grab last bits right before boarding. Expect standard travel-shop pricing, with snacks and drinks a couple of euros higher than in town. It mainly targets short-haul European flights out of JTR, so stock leans toward quick grab-and-go items rather than big-duty-free style purchases.

Summer Breeze carries bottled water, soft drinks, and basic snacks like chips and packaged sweets, useful if your flight is one of the late-evening departures from T1. You’ll also see the usual airport extras: phone chargers, basic travel adapters, and small toiletries good enough to cover a forgotten item. Think “top-up before the flight,” not full holiday shopping.

Souvenir shelves focus on Santorini-branded items: fridge magnets, keyrings, small bags, and a few pre-packed local food gifts, generally in the €5–€20 range. Don’t expect deep wine or olive oil selections; this is more last-minute gifts than gourmet shop. The footprint is compact, so stock sells through faster on busy July–August days when T1 is full of charter traffic.

Opening hours track the day’s departures, typically starting with the first morning flights and running until the last scheduled takeoff from Terminal 1. If you land early from an inter-island hop and connect onward, assume it won’t fully open before the first bank of departures. Practical move: buy water and any charger you need here, then head straight to your gate to sit; seating near the shop fills quickly in high season.
