Farggi

Gate G-side in T1, Farggi flies under the radar

In Ibiza Airport’s T1, Farggi sits airside near the main boarding gates and somehow avoids almost all online chatter. You’ll spot the name from other Spanish high streets, but here it’s a straightforward counter setup: ice creams in the freezer, cakes in a chilled case, and an espresso machine running through the day for departures to places like Barcelona and Madrid.

Opening hours generally track the first and last bank of flights in T1, so you’ll usually find Farggi open from early-morning departures around 6:00 until the late-evening check‑ins tail off after 22:00. That works for a quick cone before a 7:30 hop to Palma or a caffeine top‑up while waiting on a delayed London service. Just don’t treat it as a 24/7 option; overnight or very late charters may find the shutters down.

Pricing runs in typical Spanish airport territory: expect a single ice cream scoop around €3–€4, espresso about €2, and more elaborate coffee drinks or frappes creeping up toward €4–€5. Cakes and pastries usually sit in the €3–€4 band per piece. It’s not a budget steal, but still under what you’d pay at a big-chain café in many northern European airports.

The menu leans on the brand staples: dairy ice creams in classic flavors like chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry, seasonal specials, and a short list of pastries beside the till. Coffee is standard espresso‑based fare drawn on a compact machine, with cappuccino, latte, and cortado available. If you need something quick before boarding from a nearby Schengen gate, a scoop and a takeaway coffee are the low‑risk move; this isn’t the place to hunt for a full hot meal.

Tip: check your boarding pass and choose Farggi only if your gate is within 5–7 minutes’ walk; T1’s layout is simple, but you don’t want to be finishing a €4 cone while your Alicante flight is already boarding.
