Most flyers skip it, but Burger King still anchors T1.
This Burger King sits airside in Ibiza’s Terminal 1, after security, and mostly catches late charter crowds who just want something familiar before boarding. It’s a standard franchise setup: counter service, self-order kiosks when they’re working, and plastic seating that fills fast during the afternoon bank of UK flights.
Open through most of the flight day in summer season, it tends to be busiest from around 10:00 to 18:00 when the leisure departures peak. Expect classic menu items only: Whopper meals, chicken nuggets, kids’ menus, and basic breakfast sandwiches if you pass through before 11:00. Prices run higher than in town, with a Whopper meal typically landing in the €10–€12 range.
The cooking line handles constant volume, so food usually comes out hot but not especially quick; a 10–15 minute wait is normal once two or three orders stack up. Soft drinks come in the usual fountain sizes, and you can get simple add-ons like onion rings or fries for a couple of extra euros. There’s no local Ibiza twist here, just global Burger King standards.
Seating is open to the general T1 concourse, so you’re eating right in the flow of passengers heading to Schengen and UK gates. Power outlets around the tables are scarce, and you’ll pay airport prices for bottled water if you don’t refill at the nearby fountains. If your gate is at the far end of T1, give yourself at least 20 minutes to order, eat, and walk out.
Tip: on a short connection under 45 minutes, skip the hot food and grab just a drink or fries so you’re not clock-watching with a tray of burgers.
