Rates follow the airport’s standard schedule with time-based charges and a daily cap for regular cars; Haneda publishes the exact yen amounts and maximums for each calendar day tier. Payment machines in P5 accept Japanese cash and most major credit cards, so you don’t have to pre-book online to use this structure. Keep your ticket handy; you’ll need the physical card at the exit gate, and replacement fees are not cheap.

Being covered means your car is shielded from Tokyo rain and summer sun, which hits hard in July and August at Haneda’s bayside location. Height limits apply in multistory sections, and Haneda’s charts clearly flag the maximum vehicle height in meters for P5 entries. If you’re in a taller van or SUV, double-check the posted limit at the ramp before you pull in, instead of backing out after the gate.
