Parking Area Departure Level sits next to Terminal 1 at Hamburg Helmut Schmidt Airport, around a 1-minute walk from the check-in desks. It’s a short-stay car park, so think drop-offs, quick trips, or meetings rather than a week-long holiday.

This area works for stays of a few hours up to a day or two, but the €20.00 daily rate adds up quickly compared to the longer-term car parks further from T1 and T2. You trade price for proximity here: you step out of your car and you’re essentially at the T1 departure doors.
