The rental area sits on the ground floor of the Main terminal, aligned with baggage claim and the public arrivals exit, making it easy to spot Budget’s signage as you push your cart past the customs doors. Expect the usual airport-rental price premium compared with downtown Guam locations, though exact daily rates change by season and vehicle class. If you care more about shaving 20 minutes off your arrival than chasing the absolute lowest rate on the island, this setup works in your favor.
Returns also use the Main terminal side of the airport, so you drive back to the on-site car lot next to the passenger building instead of hunting for an off-airport address on Route 10A.
