Sagan Bisita

Main · 7 Open · 2330-1130, 1230-1700

Most tour groups at GUM get sent to Sagan Bisita.

This lounge sits landside near Gate 7 in the Main terminal, so you clear security after your visit, not before boarding. That makes it more useful for early check-ins, long landside waits, or people meeting arriving passengers than for tight connections. Build at least 20–30 minutes to clear security after you leave, especially in peak morning bank hours.

Hours run in two blocks: 23:30–11:30 and 12:30–17:00, matching late-night and morning departures plus midday traffic. It shuts for a one-hour gap from 11:30–12:30 and again after 17:00, so don’t plan on an early-evening stay before a 19:00 flight. The overnight opening from 23:30 is handy for red-eye departures that otherwise leave you with only the public seating and the 24-hour landside fast food.

Access works via Priority Pass or a paid day pass at the desk. Carriers sometimes issue invitations for premium or tour passengers, but that depends on your ticket stock, not elite status alone. If you’re paying cash, treat this like buying time-limited space with Wi‑Fi and basic snacks rather than a full premium ground product.

Inside, regulars describe Sagan Bisita as a simple contract lounge: buffet counter, standard chairs, and Wi‑Fi fast enough for email and messaging. Expect self-serve food rather than made-to-order dishes, plus soft drinks and basic coffee rather than barista drinks. Seating fills when multiple tour groups check in together, especially around the late-night wave after 23:30, so don’t expect quiet work vibes at those times.

Being landside means you won’t see your flight’s actual boarding gate until you pass security in the Main terminal zone after leaving. Keep an eye on the main departures board inside the lounge and set an alarm about 60 minutes before a scheduled international departure, especially if you still need to clear exit formalities and possible secondary screening.

Practical tip: If you hold Priority Pass and arrive on an early flight before hotel check-in, use Sagan Bisita as a place to recharge devices, grab a light buffet plate, and plan your day, then head through security only when you’re ready to leave the airport.
