Accessible Parking

Accessible spaces sit directly next to the FWA Main Terminal

Accessible Parking at Fort Wayne International Airport lines the rows closest to the Main Terminal entrance, so you’re only a short roll or walk from the doors. Spaces are marked with standard accessibility signage and sit in the same surface lot used by general parking, just in the prime spots by the building.

This lot sits immediately beside ticketing and baggage claim, so there’s no shuttle ride or long ramp to deal with. If you need help moving from your car to the terminal, FWA suggests calling a Customer Service Agent at 260-458-4017 so staff can meet you curbside or in the lot.

Parking here uses the same payment system as the rest of the airport’s public lot, with entry and exit handled at the gates right by the Main Terminal access road. Since the spaces are next to the building, it’s an easy option for travelers using wheelchairs, walkers, or anyone who can’t manage a long walk across the lot.

Regulars who fly out of FWA and need mobility help keep the airport’s number saved in their phone and call 260-458-4017 as they park, so assistance is ready by the time they’re unloading. The airport notes that LAZ Parking handles general parking operations, but mobility help requests go straight to airport staff.

Practical tip: Arrive 15–20 minutes earlier than your usual airport arrival, park in the Accessible spaces nearest the Main Terminal doors, then call 260-458-4017 from your car if you want help getting from your vehicle to check-in.
