T1’s Local Products Shop sits just past security at FLR
This shop is in Terminal 1, airside, so you hit it after security and before the gates. It leans heavily local: Tuscan food gifts, regional wine, and small souvenirs you can actually fit in a cabin bag. Shelves run tight but organized, so you can scan everything in under 10 minutes and still make a 30-minute boarding call.
Most edible gifts sit in the €5–€25 range: olive oil tins, biscotti, chocolate, sauces, and jarred antipasti. Bottles of Tuscan wine and limoncello climb higher, usually from about €12 upward. Labels are mostly Italian brands you won’t see at a generic duty free, plus a few tourist staples like magnets and keyrings under €5.
Packaging matters here: many items are under 100 ml or clearly marked for cabin baggage, which helps if you’re on a strict hand-luggage-only connection. Larger olive oil bottles and wine need the standard liquids allowance or a checked bag, and staff will tell you directly if something is likely to be blocked at security on another leg.
You won’t find fresh sandwiches or hot food here; this is gifts and pantry items only. If you need an actual meal before a 2–3 hour flight, sort that in the main Terminal 1 food spots first, then loop back for last-minute presents. Easiest move: budget 10–15 minutes here before you walk to your gate call on the FIDS screens.
