Two-minute walk into T1 from the car park
Terminal 1 Short Term Block A sits directly beside T1, about a 2‑minute covered walk to the check-in area and roughly 5 minutes on foot to T2. This is the closest official car park for T1 departures, so it works best when you care more about short walking distances than saving on daily rates.
The rate caps at a daily maximum of €45.00, which is high for multi-day trips but reasonable for a single overnight or quick weekend. It’s a standard short stay setup: multi-storey, barrier-controlled, with ticket on entry and payment at machines before you drive out.
Access runs 24/7, and because it’s right at T1, you avoid shuttle buses and extra waiting time. If you’re flying from T2, budget the full 5 minutes’ walk with luggage, and remember that both T1 and T2 here use the usual DUB codes on your boarding pass.
Block A works best for trips under 48 hours at the €45.00 per day cap; anything longer than three days usually pushes people towards long-term lots. Keep an eye on pre-booked prices on the DUB site, as day-of-drive-up in this car park can jump quickly.
Tip: Screenshot your parking level and row before you walk the 2 minutes back to T1; the multi-storey layout makes it easy to forget where you left the car after a late-night arrival.
